Thank you for your interest in our Fellowship!

The EMS Fellowship Program at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine - Chattanooga is a 1 year, accredited, postgraduate program for physicians who have completed (or will shortly complete) a residency in a primary specialty and wish to obtain subspecialty training in the area of EMS and prehospital medicine. Successful graduates will be Board Eligible to sit for the ABEM Board Exam in EMS Medicine.

We are quite proud of our EMS Fellowship, and we are sure that you’ll be happy with the breadth of exposure to different aspects of EMS that are available to you in Chattanooga. We offer great exposure to multiple different types of EMS services, including Air Medical, and even have multiple opportunities for interested fellows to explore specialty team niches

This great package also comes with a wonderful place to live. Chattanooga has been featured on many “Best Places” lists for several reasons, though perhaps most often for it’s scenic beauty and plenty of opportunities for outdoor lovers.
